Muscle Testing
Muscle testing allows for underlying causes of disease processes to be identified and for treatment approaches to be prioritised. Muscle testing can be used as a confirmatory tool to establish the exact herbal supplement that the body needs at that particular time, or the dose of minerals and the length of time the mineral is required for.
Muscle testing can also be used to determine an approximation of the length of time that a condition has been present in the body and/or whether the condition has been inherited or acquired. In addition to good case taking, clinical assessment and diagnostics, muscle testing is a useful tool to help understand layers of presentations in complex cases.
Muscle testing needs to be conducted by a practitioner who is as free of bias as possible as results can be skewed by a practitioner who is not aware that their own bias can influence results.
